The 100th Year Celebration of The United House of Prayer For All People In America
The Honorable Bishop C. M. Bailey, Leader
And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: 39 But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.
The members of the United House of Prayer For All People with great expectation look forward to the beginning of the 93rd Annual Holy Convocation and the Commencement of the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the United House of Prayer For All People in Buffalo, New York beginning on Sunday, July 14th and continuing throughout the entire Convocation.
Founded and erected 1919 in Wareham, Massachusetts by the Honorable Bishop C.M. Grace, the United House of Prayer For All People is built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone… (Ephesians 2:20). Although Bishop Grace was challenged and is now deceased, the work did not come to “nought.” As Gamaliel stated in the book of Acts, “But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it…”
The comforter which is the Holy Ghost continued to abide with us manifesting himself through the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ by the successors of Daddy Grace. The word of faith has delivered thousands from the struggles of a corrupted world into a Christ-Centered life where God is the greater in every aspect of their worship and daily lives. We are grateful for our fathers in the gospel over the years, Daddy Grace, Daddy McCollough, Daddy Madison, and our present leader, Daddy Bailey. It is their diligence and faithfulness in Christ that has led us to this great celebration of 100 years.
We invite everyone to come and join us as we celebrate our universal mission to establish, maintain, and perpetuate the doctrine of Christianity and the Apostolic Faith throughout the world among all people. After 100 years, we are still here praising, shouting, marching, singing, dancing, preaching, praying, witnessing, working and demonstrating every attribute of the holy spirit by grace in conquest of erecting and maintaining Houses of Prayer and worship where all people may gather for prayer and worship irrespective of denomination or creed, and to maintain the faith of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
You do not want to miss this once in a lifetime event. The Lord is in this place. Come and receive your blessing. The gates are open.
Genesis 28:16–17 And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not. 17 And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.
