STUDENT APPLICATION CRITERIA

1) Must be an active, visible House of Prayer member

2) Must be a high school graduate or possess a G.E.D.

3) Must not be out of high school more than two years after date of high school graduation

4) Must not be more than 23 years of age if pursuing an undergraduate degree

5) Must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0

6) Must plan to be a full-time student and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester

7) Must never have been married or be a parent

HOW TO APPLY

1) Print legibly in blue or black print or type all entries.

2) Complete all items.  Enter N/A for items not applicable.

3) Sign the application (use blue or black ink).

4) Submit completed application, a current photo (2" x 2"), and a current official transcript
     to your Area Representative no later than March 1st of the current school year.

5) The current official transcript must be in a sealed, school envelope along with an official
     school signature and/or official school stamp/seal.

6) Parchment, official transcripts will only be accepted if they are emailed directly to the 
     MSCF Area Representative. NO EXCEPTIONS!

7) Verify with Area Representative that a Pastor’s Reference has been completed.

Area Representatives will review each application and forward it along with official transcript,
picture and Pastor’s Reference to:

Applications submitted to Headquarters by students (instead of Area Representatives) will not
be processed.

Note:  If a student is indebted to the school for any reason, it is his/her responsibility to clear those
matters to avoid delay in processing your application.
