The McCollough Scholarship College Fund (MSCF) of the United House of Prayer for All People of the Church on the Rock of the Apostolic Faith was founded by the late
Bishop W. McCollough in 1971. It is a privately-funded scholarship which benefits the student members of the United House of Prayer for All People.
